I use evidence-based therapies tailored to your individual needs, including Internal Family Systems therapy, “parts” therapy. This gentle approach puts you in the healer’s seat. I mainly use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, a rebuilding of attachment connections. Also, CBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and mindfulness practices. For those dealing with work-related stress or burnout, I offer a program of stress reduction, time and time-when management, professional boundary-making skills and remedies for digital overload.
