I use a variety of approaches depending on what issues you present. All approaches are deeply person-centred, meaning our relationship is at least as important as the approach I use. I commonly use Internal Family Systems therapy, aka “parts” therapy. This approach puts the client in the healer’s seat. It is more direct than “talk therapies” for accessing and healing the parts of us that are burdened. I primarily use variations of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for life crisis issues. I use Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD. It is all about renewal.
