My approach to counselling is to support you with where you are and what you would like to work on.
I’m here to support you with learning techniques to ground yourself so you can think clearly and make choices instead of reacting, building self-awareness using compassionate understanding, and helping you with accessing all your inner strengths toward your self-empowerment and personal growth/development.
Counselling session is done virtually using Google Meet. I will send you a link to our scheduled session.
Clients must sign an Inform Consent Form – Terms of Service.
