Helthe Connect is a web app that helps empower people and organizations struggling with stress and burnout by connecting them directly with Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) providers. Helthe Connect supports people’s need to be active participants in their holistic health, wellness and wellbeing. We’re here to support you to be connected, empowered and well.
No! It’s not a typo! Helthe – pronounced the same as ‘health’ was specifically chosen because it was an old, Middle English spelling of health with the original meaning reflecting whole or holistic health, wellbeing, prosperity and safety. To your helthe!

It is up to you, the Client, to go through the process of researching the Providers and choosing the ones you feel most comfortable working with to meet your needs. In using Helthe Connect, you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which includes our disclaimer of warranty and disclaimer of liability.
It’s easy and simple!
- Set up your account. You can search without an account, but you will need one to chat directly with providers and to purchase your wellness services and products.
- Click onto Shop Everything Wellness and start searching! You can search by service, product, topic, popular categories, and location.
- Choose your your service. Chat directly with the provider if you’d like more information.
- Choose your appointment based on what’s available. Some services may require connecting directly with scheduling a date and time, i.e. lunch and learns.
- Pay for your services and products in your cart.
Helthe Connect uses Stripe, a secure platform used worldwide, to process all payments. So, whether you book a counselling session or buy a yoga DVD or book, the process is the same.
You pay through Helthe Connect, using any major credit card. All applicable taxes are also added to the charge. No cash sales are allowed.
We do not store your personal financial information.

We have three plans to suit your needs as a Wellness Provider.
The Basic Plan is always free with limited features and a commission fee of 20% per transaction.
The Pro Plan is $8.33/month and a 20% commission fee per transaction for the ‘referral client’.
The Premium Plan is $12.50/month and a 16% commission fee per transaction for the ‘referral client’. Your cost for a Premium Plan is less than attending one networking event a month!

Helthe Connect is an online marketplace focusing on Complementary Care services and products. A marketplace is where people can search, connect directly with providers, book appointments, and make all their purchase on the site. As a marketplace, Helthe Connect proactively brings clients to the platform, hence all clients are "referral clients" of Helthe Connect. A directory, on the other hand, is a listing where providers get to list their business and contact information. Providers pay to list their businesses on a directory. There is generally no booking or purchasing transactions on a directory, only a listing of businesses. A directory only focuses on SEO to direct traffic.
All clients using Helthe Connect are considered as "referral clients". This means that all client sales transactions---whether they are for the first, second or 20+ sessions must be processed on Helthe Connect. Helthe Connect is considered as one Sales channel for you, where clients can find you and purchase directly from your Helthe Connect vendor store. If our algorithm or investigation finds that providers are processing payment transactions outside of the Helthe Connect platform, they will be banned from using Helthe Connect. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

You can build your shop to its fullest capability. You can sell your all services and/or any of your wellness products, from tinctures to therabands, to online books and courses, and more!
We do not, however, allow multi-level marketing (MLM) providers to join and sell on Helthe Connect. MLM services are strictly prohibited and Helthe Connect reserves the right to delete such services or products from their site without the permission of the provider.

Currently, vendors can integrate their google calendar on their Provider Dashboard. Yes, you can use your own booking calendar, however, clients must first purchase your product on Helthe Connect. To prevent double booking from your own calendar, you will need to create your service as a "Single Product" and not as a "Bookable Product". You will need to include in your product description that you will be scheduling an appointment with the client directly.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and confidential payment system used worldwide. You connect your banking to your Helthe Connect vendor account and all payments are automatically deposited into your account, less the commission fee (which includes the Stripe merchant transaction fee) that is set by your chosen Membership plan and all applicable taxes.
No cash sales are allowed. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions must be processed through the Helthe Connect marketplace platform as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

GST/HST
GST is a tax for all goods and services, excluding exempt supplies. In order to charge and remit GST (or HST, depending on your province), you need to first register for a GST/HST account. The following provinces collect HST: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Prince Edward Island. Please consult with CRA or your accountant.
If you make less than $30,000 in revenue over 12 months, you are considered a small business and do not have to register for a GST/HST account. The first time you exceed $30,000 in revenue over 12 months, you must register for a GST/HST account and start charging and remitting GST/HST, even if you make less than $30,000 the following year.
You can also voluntarily charge and remit GST/HST, even if you make less than $30,000 a year. You will still need to register for a GST/HST account first.

Of course! As a Provider, you have access to two dashboards – your provider dashboard and your personal dashboard to book and purchase from other providers with the same confidentiality that your clients enjoy.
It’s easy and convenient to switch between both your dashboards. When you want to shop, just click on “My Dashboard” and start shopping for all your wellness needs. You can easily switch back to your “Provider Dashboard” to access your store.
