What is Helthe Connect?

Helthe Connect is a revolutionary wellness app that allows access by both individual Customers/Clients and Wellness Providers to connect, book appointments, purchase wellness products, interact, learn from one another, and access everything wellness! Join for free now!

Why is "Helthe" spelled that way? Is it a typo?

No! It's not a typo!

Our founder, Tu Van Trieu, specifically chose to use the old, traditional way of spelling "Helthe" - pronounced the same as 'health' - because it reflects a time when caring for yourself and others was more about wellness than disease. Read more in our About section.

For Customers/Clients

Does it cost anything to join as a Customer?

No! You can get connected to Wellness Providers in your area and read our informational articles for free. You only pay a nominal fee if you are also joining as a Wellness Provider.

What about my privacy?

All Helthe Connect Wellness Providers attest to their own college or association's Code of Ethics and must agree to our Terms and Conditions, part of which describes our mandated confidentiality.

We protect your privacy and confidentiality while using our site. We never share information with third-party providers.

We do not store your personal payment information, as all transactions go through Stripe, a secure payment portal used worldwide.

How do I choose a Provider? How do I know they are any good?

While we require our Wellness Providers to denote their associations and attest that they have the appropriate licenses and/or provider insurance (where applicable), it is up to you, the Customer or Client, to go through the process of vetting the Providers and choose the ones you feel most comfortable working with to meet your needs.

How do I book an appointment?

Start by joining, then go back to the homepage and search for either a Wellness Provider in your chosen location (searchable by location or by wellness modality) or, if you already know the name of the Provider you want to book with, enter their name in the search bar.

You'll be taken to a different screen depending on how you search but the result will be the same - you will see the Service offered and you can click on the service and begin the booking process there.

How do I pay for products and services?

Helthe Connect uses Stripe, a secure platform used worldwide, to process all payments. So, whether you buy a yoga DVD or book a counselling session, the process is the same.

You pay upfront through Helthe Connect, using any major debit or credit card. All applicable taxes are also added to the charge. No cash sales are allowed.

Payments are deposited directly to the Wellness Provider using Stripe. We do not store your personal financial information.

For Wellness Providers

Can I be an Individual Customer as well as a Provider?

Of course! Your profile allows you to also book with other Providers with the same confidentiality that your Customers and Clients enjoy.

How do I get paid by my Customers?

All payments are run through Stripe, a secure and confidential payment system used worldwide. You connect your banking to your Helthe Connect account and all payments are automatically deposited into your account, less the Commission fee that is dictated by your chosen Subscription level and the merchant card fee processed by Stripe.

No cash sales are allowed. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe and entered directly into your bank account, less our Commission fee and the merchant card fee from Stripe.

How much does it cost to join as a Wellness Provider?

We have three plans to suit your needs as a Wellness Provider.

The Basic plan is free!

The Pro and Premium plans require small monthly payments, from $2.50/month if you join now as an Early Adopter, to $7.50/month after full rollout.

Please contact us at [email protected]heltheconnect.com to get more info on becoming an Early Adopter (you will need to review and sign an agreement, plus pay a one-time fee for a lifetime discount). Don't delay, as this is offered to a limited number of providers - the first 100 only!!

There is a small Commission fee charged as we proactively bring clients to the platform and a merchant card fee processed by Stripe. The commission cost ranges depending on your chosen plan and whether you are an Early Adopter.

All applicable taxes are also applied.

Can I sell my wellness products online?

Yes! You can build your shop to its fullest capability. You can sell any of your wellness products, from tinctures to therabands, to books and DVDs, and more!

We do not, however, allow multi-level marketing (MLM) providers to join and sell on Helthe Connect. MLM services are strictly prohibited and Helthe Connect reserves the right to delete such services or products from their site without the permission of the provider.

Do I have to charge and remit GST/HST/PST/QST?


GST is a tax for all goods and services, excluding exempt supplies. In order to charge and remit GST (or HST, depending on your province), you need to first register for a GST/HST account. The following provinces collect HST: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Prince Edward Island. Please consult with CRA or your accountant.

If you make less than $30,000 in revenue over 12 months, you are considered a small business and do not have to register for a GST/HST account. The first time you exceed $30,000 in revenue over 12 months, you must register for a GST/HST account and start charging and remitting GST/HST, even if you make less than $30,000 the following year.

You can also voluntarily charge and remit GST/HST, even if you make less than $30,000 a year. You will still need to register for a GST/HST account first.


PST is a sales tax for all taxable goods, unless exempt. In general, you are considered a small business if you make less than $10,000 in revenue over 12 months, and you do not need to charge and remit PST. Please consult with your accountant or check with your provincial taxation division.
